Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

Welcome to esim.caylet.com, a premium global connectivity service operated by Caylet LLC. By purchasing, downloading, or using the Caylet Global eSIM, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description & "Best-Effort" Network

Caylet LLC provides virtual data profiles (eSIMs) allowing travelers to access cellular networks across multiple global destinations. We partner with top-tier local telecommunication providers to deliver high-speed data. However, the service is provided on a "best-effort" basis. We do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted service, specific data speeds, or flawless coverage in every geographical location, as network quality is subject to local infrastructure, weather conditions, and network congestion.

2. Device Compatibility

You acknowledge that our eSIM services require a compatible, carrier-unlocked smartphone or device. It is strictly your responsibility to ensure your device supports eSIM technology prior to purchase. Caylet LLC accepts no liability and provides no compensation if you are unable to use the service due to an incompatible or locked device.

3. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

To ensure optimal network performance for all users, our local carrier partners enforce a Fair Usage Policy. You agree not to use the eSIM network for any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities, including but not limited to: distributing malware, sending spam, participating in DDoS attacks, or attempting to bypass network security. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your data plan without refund.

4. Payments, Billing & Security

All eSIM data packages are sold as one-time, prepaid purchases. We utilize Stripe as our secure third-party payment gateway. Caylet LLC does not process, store, or have direct access to your full credit card information. By completing a transaction, you agree to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which governs the non-refundable nature of activated digital goods.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Caylet LLC, its directors, or employees be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the eSIM service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, missed flights, business interruptions, or lost data due to connectivity failures.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.
