Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

At esim.caylet.com, operated by Caylet LLC, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you purchase and use our eSIM services.

1. Information We Collect

When you register an account or make a purchase, we collect necessary personal information such as your email address and basic profile details via our secure backend provider, Supabase. We may also collect technical device information to verify eSIM compatibility.

2. Secure Payment Processing

Your payment security is our top priority. All financial transactions are processed directly through Stripe, a certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant payment gateway. Caylet LLC does not collect, process, or store your full credit card numbers or sensitive payment details on our servers.

3. Third-Party Data Sharing (eSIM Provisioning)

To deliver your digital product, we must share essential, minimal provisioning data (such as order IDs and network routing information) with our telecommunication API partners (e.g., Celitech, Airalo, or local carriers). These partners are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and are authorized to use this data solely for the purpose of generating your eSIM QR code and activating your network plan.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session securely and manage the checkout process. We may also use standard analytics tools to monitor website traffic and improve user experience. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies, though this may limit your ability to use certain features of our service.

5. Your Data Rights & Deletion

You retain the right to access, update, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time. If you wish to permanently delete your account and associated order history from our database, please contact our support team. Please note that data required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes may be retained as permitted by law.
