1. Nature of Digital Goods
Caylet Global eSIMs are strictly classified as virtual, digital communication products. Upon successful payment, a unique QR code is instantly generated and securely transmitted to your account. Due to the inherent nature of these digital goods, specific limitations apply to our return and refund capabilities.
2. The "No-Refund" Boundary
Once an eSIM QR code has been generated and subsequently scanned, installed, or activated on your device, it is considered fully delivered and non-refundable. We cannot issue refunds, credits, or exchanges for data packages that have been partially or fully consumed, nor can we refund plans where the validity period has expired.
3. Eligible Refund Conditions
Unused Purchases: If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase AND our system verifies that the eSIM QR code has NOT been scanned, installed, or utilized in any manner.
Verified Technical Failures: In the rare event of a systemic, catastrophic technical failure originating from our network partners (e.g., Celitech, Airalo, or local telecom providers) that completely prevents the eSIM from connecting to the network despite correct installation, a refund will be granted following a technical investigation.
4. Device Compatibility & Customer Responsibility
It is strictly the customer's responsibility to verify that their smartphone or device is both eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked prior to completing a purchase. Caylet LLC will not grant refunds for purchase errors related to incompatible devices, locked phones, or lack of local signal coverage in areas explicitly excluded from the global network plan.
5. Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks
We kindly ask that you contact our support team to resolve any connectivity issues before initiating a chargeback with your credit card issuer. Initiating a fraudulent chargeback for an activated and utilized eSIM product violates these terms and will result in the immediate termination of the eSIM data plan and a permanent ban from our services.
