eSIM Installation & Activation Guide
Follow these steps to set up and activate your CAYLET eSIM smoothly.
Important Red Line Warnings
【DO NOT DELETE】: This eSIM can only be installed once. If you face connection issues, toggle Airplane mode or restart your phone. NEVER tap "Delete/Remove eSIM". Once deleted, it cannot be recovered or refunded.
【NETWORK REQUIRED】: You MUST be connected to a stable WiFi network during the QR code installation process.
Step 1: Scan & Install
Go to Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM. Scan your QR Code. (If you cannot scan, tap "Enter Details Manually" and paste the SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code).
Step 2: Label & Assign
Rename this eSIM label to "CAYLET". Important: Keep your primary number as the default for Voice & SMS to receive bank verification codes.
Step 3: Activate Upon Arrival
Upon arrival at your destination, go to Settings and set Cellular Data to CAYLET. Must Turn ON: Data Roaming for the CAYLET eSIM. Must Turn OFF: Allow Cellular Data Switching (to prevent roaming charges on your home SIM).
